There's going to be a discussion about fan fiction on the Triple J morning show starting this morning after 10am - they've said that they're going to be discussing slash.

If you're not in Australia and you're interested you can probably listen to it streaming at the Triple J website.

Hopefully the article wont be horribly biased....

Though, in the brief time I was listening, he was mentioning what people write fanfic about, such as Buffy, Harry Potter, "even Star Trek" (whaddya mean, even?), he mentioned that it get's written about real people too.

Um, I love these kind of interviews in a way because they always seem to find the least written pairing. Serious, I like Timbertone but there really isn't a huge amount of it out there in comparison to the other pairings.

Maybe Triple J saw the House of Blues reports too *g*. But yes, media articles about slash often seem to focus on rarer pairings.

Yeah, I guess those two are the most visible at the moment, but it's still seems to be an odd pairing to focus on.
