ahahaha! there was just an ad for a new show on ten - "bikie wars: brothers in arms" and the music was driving me mad, 30 seconds from the end I figure it out! its the xmen first class trailer theme!

here is the ad, they even use archival footage and voiceovers at the start!!!

I ended up buying it off iTunes! But then another YouTube link gave me an awesome inception remix by junkie XL that isn't available in the Australian iTunes store. Laaaaaame :(
