I don't know where this came from

meelieUm. I don't write fic but this idea got in my head after watching Batlestar Galactica 4x10 "Revelations". It vaguely relates to something in the episode, but not really in a spoilery way. I choose to blame the pseudoephedrine I took this morning for my sinus headache.
Original Character(kinda), unbetaed, gen, short:
Kingdom Come
She was seven years old and it was her first time. She had waited her whole life for this moment and now she was finally here! Going through the rite of passage that it seemed everyone she knew had experienced. Her great-grandmother had told her over and over again that when it had been her first time she had been so excited that she threw up before she even entered.
All the kids at her school had talked about it, the girls showing off their gauzy souvenirs from their visit, the boys bragging about how many autographs they had gotten. She had begged and pleaded with her parents and here they were finally, at what she knew was the happiest place in the world.
There was so much to see and do; her parents had sat down with her and planned the day out with her, they would make sure that they saw and did everything they wanted.
What she liked best were the Princesses - all so pretty! When she watched them on her comm-screen at home, she danced and sung along with them, wishing more than anything she could be one of them. Her mother liked to remind her that even though they were pretty they were also strong - they had tasks to do and problems to solve most of them and you had to work hard to get to the happy ending. Her mother said she would care more when she was older, but she was just happy that she was finally here! Meeting the Princesses!
"Pythia! They're making an announcement on the comm system - we have to go now!" her mother said. She looked worried and there was a note in her voice that Pythia had never heard before. It scared her a little.
"I'm coming!" she yelled, turning one last time to stare at Sleeping Beauty's Castle, burning it into her memory. It was still the best place ever. She was going to remember this place for the rest of her life.

my brain is weird - this story is based on a throwaway(OR IS IT?) line in bsg 4x10 with Pythia and how she described "The Temple of Aurora". Sleeping Beauty's Castle is at Disneyland and Sleeping Beauty is, of course, Princess Aurora.
