Stargate SG1 and Atlantis successfully dl'd and watched! I love Claudia Black. I love Claudia Black in leather. I love Naughty Claudia Black in leather. Ben Browder is cute, but so Crichton-y! Also, he's the best friend we never knew sg1 had! I think I like Beau Bridges General whatshisface, but I'm unsure about the Radar O'Reilly thing they seem to be aiming for for Walter.

ETA: How could I forget the snap bracelets! omg! Now, aliens need to make them have sex!

I love you Rodney, but the gun thing was lame. I think the writers really dropped the ball there and in my head I am going to make it so that all the amphetamines that Rodney is doped up on combined with lack of sleep make him release the clip. Because we know he is able to use a handgun, he has shot at Wraith before so that was inexcusable. And why did the wraith hesitate before dropping him? For Teyla to show up? Annoying.

I have to wonder about the extremely gung-ho attitude towards taking the fight to the Wraith, with current events and the role the US military is playing in current events made me feel vaguely uncomfortable with that part.

I also wonder about the effect that releasing a nuclear explosion is going to have on the planet itself. The Athosians probably wont be able to live on the mainland anymore. Did they ever say how far away the mainland is anyway? And what about the radiation? eh, I'm thinking too much.

I was so happy to see Novak! I love you Novak! You, Walter Skinner, I am reserving judgment on. You, asgard guy, you are cute and grumbly! Novak/Asgard otp! except, not really.

Ford, man, I never thought you'd be a junkie because Wraith enzymes are so passe.

Now, to go back through my flist and read everyones comments...

Haven't read my HP though, the window I had today to read it in between other stuff, I instead chose to fill with a much needed nap.

Now, shall I read some of my HP while I wait for Battlestar Galactica The Starbuck show to finish dl'ing, or go to bed? Hmm.

Unlike you, I kind of find Novak irritating, plus, I'm mean and don't want anyone else taking time away from the cast we already have. I don't want SG1 imports! Hmph.

Yeah, the guys thing was lame. I also think they tried to put way too much in the episode.

Good point abut the Athosians and the radiation. The mainland is 30 minutes by jumper, so maybe it's outside the blast range, but what about other climate conditions like wind? The fall could still probably make it that far.
