I am typing one-handed as in my other hand is a yummy chocolate truffle 'Heaven' icecream. There is a truck out front giving them away! I love promotions! someone came back from lunch and told us about the free icecream and Boss-type guy and myself ran for the door. On the way down in the lift we had a short discussion on the pavlov-like reaction induced by icecream trucks playing 'greensleeves'. Boss-type guy got raspberries and cream flavour. but my chocolate truffle is clearly superior despite my not knowing precisely what a truffle is.
Greensleeves and Pavlov

Real truffles are a type of fungi (ie. mushrooms) that grow amongst the roots of certain types of trees. Chocolate truffles are made of chocolate and other stuff that creates a texture similar to real truffles (I think).

plentyenough money of my own now :)where the local Mr Whippy van was also the place to score your drugs. Gives Greensleeves a slightly different meaning *g*.
heh, totally.
and thanks for the trufle explanation. All I know about truffles is a vague idea that people used to use pigs to look for them. And then I thought that can't be right, because who would put that in icecream? That's just wrong, yo. But fake truffle sounds(and tastes, I'm sure) a lot nicer.

I know exactly what you mean. It took me ages to work out that sweet truffles and real truffles were different. I couldn't understand how a pig could find amazingly good chocolate in the ground.
