lack of capitals due to typing one handed as other hand occupied with tea. mmm, tea! i am breaking my own no food or drink in bed rule tonight!

anyway! legion! it's pretty bad, but paul bettany is pretty? blah blah fallen angel cuts off wings, arms up with many many guns, races off to middle of nowhere diner where single mum is about to give birth to harry potter/jesus/john connor and then diner is surrounded by 'weak' people who have been possessed by angels. who act and look like demons. apart from the only head honcho angels we see, michael and gabriel who go head to head over their daddy issues(he likes to test them! by asking them to do something and if they actually do it then they fail! he's the best dad ever!) and stuff happens and some of it is unintentionally hilarious and some is actually pretty gross and some is just bad writing:

gabriel lays a beat down on the kid from american gothic who is grown up and protecting the magical baby and it's hot mum that he is in love with
GABRIEL: why do you fight?
KID FROM AMERICAN GOTHIC ALL GROWED UP: ....
KID FROM AMERICAN GOTHIC ALL GROWED UP: Fuck you!

that's what will survive the apocalypse!

and there's some random scene to make us care about the 2 black characters(who get killed, hmm, 2nd and 3rd?) talking about how hard life is and how you have to get square or something, i don't know it was irrelevant and shoe-horned in.

the best part was the start of the fight between mike and gabe and there was awesome face touching(not luke reid levels of face touching, but still good) and then arm clasping and paul bettany was all, WE DONT HAVE TO FIGHT WE CAN TOTES MAKE OUT AND SAVE THE WORLD TOGETHER and gabe was all DAD SAYS NO! LETS FIGHT!

in conclusion! probably you should hire it on dvd! don't pay $17! but if you do, greater union/event have coffee crunch choc tops that are yum!

but! one of the previews was for the new predator movie, which i didn't know had adrien brody in it! it actually looked pretty good, considering how they have messed up the franchise hopefully this is a good reboot.

also! i was looking closer at the hawaii five-o series and the pilot is written by the trek reboot guys which explaned a lot of the feel of the clip i saw.

and! I am spammy lately, but I feel guilty for not talking much lately so now you get to enjoy my opinions! my many many opinions!
