Finally, finally my modem came(well actually it got to my work yesterday afternoon but I had to leave early to meet the plumber) and now I'm waiting for the roof guy(who told me 5.30pm but now says will be at least another hour, sigh) but none of that matters because. I. Have. INTERNET!!

While I am basking in the lovely warm glow of my internet, I cannot find my phone line double adapter thingy. Sure, the last time I saw it was about 2 years ago, but I never throw anything out. Unless of course I don't know that I'll need it. Damn it.

In other less meme-ish news, roof guy never showed up. He called to say he was dealing with another thing and he wouldn't be able to do my roof tonight but that he would call in and see the damage on the ceiling. But now it is very late. My hate would be raging out of control right now if it wasn't for the sweet, sweet narcotic of unsupervised internet usage and a steady dose of Law and Order:SVU and The Dead Zone.
