Shiny new icon! And I have a new house!

I think it's my favourite so far. Thanks to alasen for the collaboration on it. I had the idea of making smallville lego a few weeks ago and was gonna actually find some of my old lego and paint 'em or something but then I found this place and couldn't resist. heh. lego clark and lex. I made a lego me too, but since I have no connection at home now since the move I can't upload it till we get cable internet installed. I am in the wasteland of no cable internet. It's only been 2 days and sure I was moving and unpacking stuff for most of that time but I can tell I'm gonna go crazy.

So we moved all our stuff on Saturday, did a couple of runs with a van and then someones cousin with a 6 tonne truck showed up and we packed all the furniture into it and it all went in one go. We were done and having pizza with our moving volunteers(some who didn't show up till after the moving was all done!) by 2pm. Then with the unpacking and the shifting and the rearranging of stuff. Well that was more what I did on Sunday, 'cause on Sat night alasen came over and we watched a Smallville tape someone was nice enough to make for me and pretty much bludged around in my box filled room.

So Sunday was with the industriousness of it all and my housemates and myself went to the shopping centre nearby and did generic house shopping. Lots of fiddley little things like a spice rack and a cutlery holder and some door snakes and so forth. I spurlged and bought a new doona. I'm also planning on buying a heater and maybe an electric blanket later. The new house is COLD at night.
