* three point turns today, which went well. Next week is, according to John, "The Big Drive". Am slightly concerned.

* Bridal shower tomorrow. ::shudder::

* last night I ran from shoe shop to shoe shop with Childhood Friend looking for bridesmaid dress shoes as they are needed for the fitting on Monday. It was like a terrible reality tv show - ivory shoes or death! I bought shoes, not the $160 bridal shop shoes that pinched my feet and that I hated, but a $40 pair of flats with a rubber sole that unfortunately goes up the heel. Tomorrow I will take the shoes for the brides approval, with the begging and the pleading and the "I will glue material on so you can't see the brown heel-y bit!"

* Yay Veronica Mars! And as I explained to alasen, having sympathy for a character does not necessarily mean that they are likable. but sometimes you kinda like them anyway.

* Yay Alias/Lost/Amazing Race having finished downloading! Boo me not having time to watch :(

* I just read "A Lobotomy and Some Tights"(Breakfast Club) by Shrift. I think that's an unhappy ending, but I choose to believe otherwise.
