Ask me all about vlookup. No, wait don't.
Nov. 17th, 2004 08:15 pmWent to an excel training course courtesy of work today in the city and made the mistake of going shopping afterwards. I got the latest 'Fruits Basket', and went to the $10 cd stores and bought:
2 Air cds "Moon Safari" and "10000hz legend"
The Flaming Lips "Yoshimi battles the pink robots" A cd full of songs about robots! Robots!
The Eels "Shootenanny!" It's chock full'a hoot! With just a little bit o' nanny!
The Blues Brothers soundtrack. Which I had only on cassette tape for years and years, and now, I finally have the cd!
I feel lucky that I escaped with any money left at all. I also got vol 7 of Fake from Kings for you miss
sinbrat! And a new button for my bag o'buttons.
I resisted a most excellent looking Mythology of DC Alex Ross calender at Kinos. Which I will most likely end up buying this weekend but momentary win for my wallet. I also saw Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell: A Novel in Galaxy, which looked interesting in a lot of pages type of way, and I have seen it mentioned on my flist, but am unable to recall details. Is it something I should read or not? Convince me in (non-spoilery) comments.
