At some point today I really should get dressed

Especially after answering the door to 2 girls collecting for the red cross while clad in my sleep shorts and a Dido concert shirt.

I am in a good mood today, despite the coldness(that prolly has something to do with only wearing pj's, natch), for a number of reasons. Slept well on my extremely comfy flannelette sheets that I got for my birthday, and had a Lex dream which is fading now but of what I can remember I was supposedly knocked up by him, was four months along(that bit is sticking in my mind for some reason), but the thing was that I wasn't really pregnant. I was telling him, hey, people are gonna notice soon that I don't really have a bun in the oven, maybe we should do something about that, nudge, nudge, wink, wink. Then the dream changed to something else, darn it.

But as if to make me feel better about not being able to make Lex to get it on with me, there is thamiris' "When a Strawberry Is Pushed into a Mountain". Mmmm. Big Gay Alien Porn. And beat poetry too, which I had never really thought that much about until recently, but with callmesandy's Ted Berrigan Challenge, I'm guessing a lot of people will have beat poems on their minds. Just looking at the authors who've signed up and the quotes that they've chosen makes me especially interested to see the results.

Also contributing to my good mood is this extremely hot piece of JuNi (extremely hot piece of JuNi sounds very dirty now that I read over it - hot piece of JuNi - okay gonna stop now) from shinetheway, "Slut"

Taking away from while also adding to my good mood is that I finished watching "Firefly" last night. Have now seen everything except for the reworked pilot and "Out Of Gas", which for some reason will not work with sound for me. I'm glad that I've now seen most of it and it was quite good and very funny in parts but sad because it's gone(Gone!).

Now I'm gonna get up, get dressed and do something with the rest of my day.
