Sleep is for the weak!

I don't need to sleep. Nope. Not tired at all.
alasen was over for a few hours and tried to distract me from popslash with Methos episodes of Highlander and that worked for awhile. But now she's gone! And I still have about half of the stories hnix gave me left to read.

Wanna read more now. But prolly should sleep. Dreamt the other morning when my alarm went off that Jayne from Firefly was telling me it was okay to hit the snooze button as often as I wanted. Oddly enough, that is not the weirdest alarm clock related dream I have ever had. That prize goes to the time my alarm went off and I was convinced it was talking to me and so got out of bed as quickly as possible to turn it off and stood there slightly freaked for a minute or two.

alasen departed from here with some of her stuff I'd been holding hostage but left me in return the Star Wars book by Will Brooker I'd been whining about getting. I really enjoyed his "Batman Unmasked; Analysing a Cultural Icon" so I'm looking forward to reading his insight into Star Wars fandom. Shall prolly blather more about the two books later.

And I think that's about it. Shall go read a fic or two before going and having a shower with the bathroom door open(housemates return tomorrow, drat it all!) and then sleep! Don't have to get up tomorrow so shall sleep in as long as possible before getting up.
