lies, truth, stuff

meelielet's see, Friday was "League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen" which was bad but which I enjoyed. Saturday I slept for 14 hours and when I woke up the day was pretty much over. erilyn's place where she fed us and gave us plates and everything and we watched stuff and chatted and had fun. Lyn was lovely enough to lend me some of her McMaster Bujold to read, which are now in my 'to read' pile. I love having a 'to read' pile! Lots to read! yay! She was also lovely enough to make me copies of latest Angel and West Wing, which I watched that night and also with the yay! I'm really getting into West Wing now. And with the Angel I was squeeing so loudly that Childhood Friend came into my room and said she was going to make me marry the person who was making me squee like that. snerk.
Monday was Tamora Pierce book signing stuff, got in early and bought an XTC album with 'Rook' on it, met up withalasen and eponymous and scouted out the signing then did some shopping as we were early. Book signing was good, Tamora Pierce very nice. Signed book! And then alasen had to run away or something and sinbrat and eponymous and I saw Tomb Raider 2; Cradle of Life, which was okay, but very predictable. And that's it. blah!
Four truths, one lie, all mayhem!(or, The universe is trying to kill me and I seem to be cooperating). Pick the lie! Or, you know, don't.
*I once jumped off a moving train!
*I fell off my bike, breaking my ankle and almost splitting my head open trying to ride my bike down a flight of steps!
*I almost died from an allergic reaction!
*I once had someone come at me with a crowbar!
*A teacher led my class back to our school from an excursion through storm water drains as a 'short cut'!
