(no subject)

The interview went well this morning I thought, I like interviews kinda(well, I like talking about myself anyway:) so didn't have a problem with that and they said that they'd get back to me end of the week-ish. I've got my 2 weeks holiday starting next week so that could prolly serve as my notice with my current job if these guys make me an offer. I kinda hope they do and kinda hope they don't. I'm fairly confident that I made a good impression and it does sound like something I'd be able to do but I will miss some of the people I'm working with now and would definitely miss hitting lj every 5 minutes.

I am optimistic about this if only because as I was buying new stockings last night "Cry Me A River" started playing over the speakers and then this morning I saw a PT Cruiser. Clearly Justin and Chris want me to get this job and are sending me sekrit messages! Or I need to up the dosage. One of those.

People have been taunting me with presents! First alasen, now Childhood Friend(TM)! She's all, look here's you're(wrapped) present! I'm all, Can I hold it? Rattle it?(because I am 5, natch) but I am not allowed near the presents unsupervised. Then New Housemate Who Doesn't Have A Good Fake Name For Me To Use Yet came in and taunted me with my present from her! I'm all about the presents(and the Love! And the Passion! /OTL in joke) but that was just taking it too far. But it was wrapped in spiffy Superman wrapping paper, so clearly NHWDHAGFNFMTUY is doing something right.
