'Sistinas' by Jennghis Kahn Rodney McKay talked as much in death as he did in life. And John Sheppard thought that was damn funny. Sad in its own way, of course, but John had been through that stage of tears and found it unhelpful at the least.

Happy Doctor Who Rose/Ten fic fixes for isilya: 'And Dismantle the Sun' by icebluenothing Can Rose adjust to normal life when her life had been anything but normal? With bonus Mickey/Jake!

'The Quiet Life' by marylane23 Which is an AU spun off from "The Impossible Planet"/"The Satan Pit." with non-evil time travel paradox(except for the bill and ted bit which I choose to ignore) - I think someone said they had already read this though?

This one is not strictly a rec 'I Bet That You Look Good On The Dancefloor' by svilleficrecs - this fic is Eleven/Rose. Eleven envisaged as looking like Paul Bettany, so yay, but Paul Bettany as Eleven getting it on with 16 year old Rose. It's a bit manky, but also a bit tragic. As the author says This is set pre-season one and post-season two at the same times(yay time travel) and has vague references to spoilers for the end of that S2, as well as super vague spoilers for S3 Casting spoilers. Also, there's a bit of the dirtybadwrong going on here, which you should be able to deduce from the rating and summary.

and someone said they hadn't read eleveninches sga fic and I was all HOW COULD YOU NOT HAVE READ THOSE STORIES? and so, the links:

It's actually a wigwam *g*It was just his luck to get stranded in a galaxy where he had to live in a wigwam and eat polar bear

and my personal favourite! 'The Roads Never Lead Where They Are Supposed To Go'.A slightly different John and Rodney, in a slightly different Atlantis, fight Marines, dinosaurs, and each other. And then! afterwards you can read the commentary! And link to the site with their other fics.

and I will pimp myself again here - I don't usually post recs in this lj as a have a del.icio.us feed syndicated - friend meelie_says and enjoy my blunt summaries and the fact that if I cut and paste lines from the fic in the description I always forget the 50 character limit and it gets cut off. I think it adds a certain charm, really. Or you can just go and check out what I have already del.icio.us'd in it wonderful unsorted glory here
