OH MY GOD
the new neighbour upstairs in number 3! I HATE HER. currently she has her door open and loud tv is echoing through the building. Loud tv is fine! BUT SHUT YOUR FUCKING DOOR.
I am especially angry about this as she is the one with the cat whom she lets ROAM THE BUILDING. BECAUSE SHE PUT CAT LITTER AND A CAT LITTER TRAY IN THE HALL CUPBOARD.
I really want to go upstairs and tell her to shut her door. I also want to leave the door open when she lets her cat roam again, but that would be mean to the cat.
WHO LEAVES THEIR FLAT DOOR OPEN???
i have told her not to let her cat in the hallway, I am allergic! and the carpeted stairs in the building now smell AWFUL and I am sure it is her fault.
I'm giving it 15 min and if the door isn't shut or the tv turned down I will get my bitch on.
